We’ve known Mytch for a number of years and he has always been professional, knowledgable and great at achieving results. Mytch does PT with us (as a family group) as well as having given us a number of sports massages in the back, neck and knee area. We have had various ailments and experienced immense pain which after a single session completely went and we were able to move freely again. It’s always reassuring working with him as he’s really knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and sports massages, which has created trust and allows us to have a good working relationship with him. He’s been training my sister who has high blood pressure, to reduce and regulate and it’s worked amazingly as we’ve seen significant differences in her health as well as her blood pressure and other medical conditions.

He really is worth every penny and we would definitely recommend as a family who have used his services on multiple occasions!
